Throwing Stones

Thowing Stones was made in collaboration with Thomas Harris for the Mason Gross School of the Arts Design Thesis Exhibition. Iteams designed include branding concept, poster, web design, title wall, gallery design, promotional items, artist portraits and gallery map.

The concept for this brand identy began with the story of David and Goliath. David uses logic and technology to fight his battle rather than brute strength, which echoes the work of a designer. The phrase Throwing Stones was inspired by David’s battle, but also speaks to the work being done within the class. Many students have chosen to throw their own stone by tackling large enemies such as homelessness, animal cruelty, and sexual violence.
